When doctor Kristin Ingram left this place has started to really upset me. As a mother of 2 special needs children I find that some of the staff… specifically one... read more who I will not name publicly who has been extremely offensive and very unprofessional. She is rude and unprofessional and definitely has no business being around children with special needs. Being a single mother is hard enough… especially with 2 children who have special needs… and this woman has ( I feel anyway) bullied us with her unnecessary and sometimes very hurtful comments. I’m considering leaving and finding another dentist just because of this person… I’m extremely sad and have hoped that maybe it was just a bad day for her but it appears that this is just how she thinks is acceptable to treat us… if I spoke the way she did today at my daughters appointment today, at my job, I would be fired. It is not hard to have some compassion for special needs children and their families 🙁

(I was 10 minutes late because of after school pick up but they gave me a good little grace period) All staff were really welcoming & friendly, very helpful, make you and your kids feel comfortable. Same as the last time I was there it was a good experience both times. It was one of my kids birthday yesterday and they gave her extra coins. & I love the dentist goodie bags at the end. Nothing bad to say about tooth fairy!

Very welcoming, punctual and gentle with the kids. Kids weren’t afraid and enjoyed their dental visit.

I love how the rooms are different colors as it allowed my son to be interactive when asked which door is green and to go inside the green room. He loved it and walked out with a smile and stickers. When the office was small it was amazing. Once they expanded it became a nightmare. We had to stay with them because my daughter had braces and we could not... read more stop midway. The office incorrectly billed the insurance for the braces and it was not caught in time so our insurance did not cover as much as we were informed they would. It was a 1500$ mistake on their end that we had to pay. The Office staff will ask for your insurance multiple times and bill incorrectly for dental work. This happened many times. When you call office you will get bounced around to many different people if you have any billing questions. If you have private insurance good luck. In Danbury office they seem to only understand husky insurance and will give you the run around when you ask questions regarding a private plan. Multiple times I was billed large amounts and when called my private dental insurance we were told they never even received the claims from the dental office. They are CROOKS! Most recently my daughter was having pain in her teeth from unknown cause. I took her to get checked out. This is the first time I ever took her to the dentist for teeth pain. I dentist told me she has “fibromyalgia in her teeth” no further work up was done and then I was charged the 70$ copay. What a joke. I work in the medical field. I don’t tell everyone I meet that I have a medical background. Maybe they think I wouldn’t know any better about their bogus diagnosis? I was floored by the incompetence by the office staff and the dentist. I will say that the dental hygienists are wonderful.

They are wonderful job with my toddler. She was scared and cried a lot. They had time for her and she received a gift! Thanks a lot!

I rescheduled my son’s appointment twice in a row due to unforeseen circumstances and felt so bad, but the receptionist on the phone was SO nice about it and made... read more me feel so much better. It’s important to have such pleasurable staff, especially in a children’s office!
